The Question:
from Mike Spelman in search of

Last summer my wife and I visited your gallery. While there we admired a print of train station benches that had been treated/altered. I believe it had been waxed over. Anyways, we loved the print, but only had money for one piece (a China village reflection piece). However, that train station one has always stuck in our minds. I realize that the way it was treated made it a one of a kind. Perhaps it is still kicking around? Previous Response:

 Hi Mike,
I know which one you are reffering to, and it is one of my favorites. It sold a while back, and I know Gurli is planning to make another this fall. This is a wax encaustic process, and is involved and time consuming, and no two are ever exactly the same. Please email us and we will let you know when it is ready.
